Continental US
There is no charge for shipping or handling for all orders over $15.00 within the continental US. Orders under $15.00 will be charged a shipping and handling fee and can be placed by calling our toll free number. When shipping is charged on sale fabric, it will be the actual cost of shipping the fabric only. Continental US refers to the 48 contiguous states
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Canada
We pay the shipping costs on orders over $15.00 for the first pound to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada. Orders under $15.00 will be charged an additional shipping and handling fee and can be placed by calling our toll free number. When shipping is charged on sale fabric, it will be the actual cost of shipping the fabric only.
International Shipments
Customers outside the US and Canada pay the full cost of shipping. We ship to international destinations as quickly as possible, but are not always able to ship within the 2 days we normally ship domestic packages in. Because international shipments must go through customs, please be patient! We do have a $15.00 minimum for international orders.
Insurance
If you would like your order insured, please let us know. All products are shipped FOB shipping point which means that you own any products you buy when we deliver them to the US Postal Service or to UPS. If a product arrives damaged or is lost, you are responsible for working with the carrier to recover damages. Please see the shopping terms section for full details.
