Dry Cover-up is a permanent, non-adhesive colored material that stays under stitches. It is great for towels or high contrast embroidery. It comes in 16 colors and is intended to be used as a topping. It provides lift to the embroidery when working on terrycloth or other high loft fabrics raising your stitches above the surface for a 3-D lift affect that prevents the base fabric from showing through. It can be used to fill-stitch for those patterns that have been enlarged, eliminating "a white snowman from turning pink when stitched on a red fabric" for instance. The excess tears away easily and cleanly and remains flexible for the life of the garment. Many sizes and colors in stock.
